VRock piloted the first energy sector analysis using the Whole Systems Approach pioneered by DFID. The WSA takes into full consideration the complex interdependencies within the energy sector between the three pillars of physical Infrastructure, governance and regulations and market and commercials. The study identified potential areas of intervention in the energy sector and is intended to inform a coherent and strategic roadmap for DFID’s support to the sector.
