The Demand Stimulation Action Plan (DSAP) is a strategy document to increase domestic consumption of electricity. The document conducts an In-depth study of the most energy intensive sectors – Industrial, Residential (including Electric Cooking), Electric Transportation, Irrigation and Hospitality. VRock identifies the roles and responsibilities that various government entities need to conduct in order to promote the use of electricity as aimed by the White Paper of the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation.
