VRock provided technical support to the HIDCL Committee set up to explore hedging mechanism to be developed by GON pursuant to the Ministry of Energy’s Dollar PPA Guidelines. VRock team proposed a hedging mechanism that was sustainable and scalable that leveraged the GoN’s comparative advantage in delivering an affordable hedging mechanism for large energy and infrastructure projects.
