Vrock assessed the existing lifeline tariff structure, subsidy topography of Nepal, adequacy of existing lifeline tariff, its alignment with respect to national development goals and priorities and international best practices. VRock conducted a comprehensive study of existing national international policies and practices and a small survey to obtain a glimpse of willingness to pay for electricity amongst consumers.
