VRock conducted 3 studies to guide policy makers at the Nepal Natural Resources and Fiscal Commission NNRFC via a contractual agreement with the Niti Foundation under the Public Financial Management Strengthening Project (PFMSP). The first study titled Provincial Level Budgetary evaluated the budgetary flows based on provincial level budget of three years for Nepal’s seven provinces. This was followed by a Structural Vector Autoregression study on the prevalence of Crowding-out in the Nepalese Economy. Lastly, a study on the debt ceiling and challenges with internal borrowing in Nepal was conducted to identify problems with existing policy on and recommend appropriate solutions.
