VRock provided legislative support to the Ministry of Energy for the successful passage of the Electricity Regulatory Commission Act (ERC Act) 2017 and technical support to the Regulation Drafting Committee to draft the Regulations. VRock developed a business plan for the set up and institutionalization of the Commission and is working closely with the ERC on a wide range of issues that include tariffs for the bulk and retail power, and other key directives.
